Cancellation conditions

Cancellation of standard reservations:

Free cancellation is possible up to 5 days before check-in (specifically, before 5 PM on the day before arrival). In case of cancellation less than 5 days before arrival or no-show (no cancellation, but also no guest), 100% of the amount will be charged.

Non-cancellable promotion:

Since this is non-cancellable, no refunds are possible. If cancellation occurs at our initiative, all amounts already paid will be fully refunded.
